Sales Executive (Property Developer)
The Role
To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and responsible to attend to sales enquiry and sales closing, developing and executing the marketing strategies to meet the sales target set out by the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service)
- Attend to customers' enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters
- To conduct, market intelligence research, analysing demands, trend & pricing.
- Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition, road show and any other ad-hoc assignment
- Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office including cleanliness & maintenance matters.
- Responsible to assist customers in obtaining the end financing needs.
- To understand and compile customers’ feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target.
- To assist Senior Sales & Marketing manager on activities pertaining to A&P Programme i.e. liaise advertisement agency, media representative, signboard, authority, lawyers, review customer profile and etc.
- Ensure all sales documentations are complete according to standard procedures.
- Prepare and submit periodical reports to relevant government agencies or authorities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in Property Sales & Marketing
- Experience in marketing residential developments and/or major commercial developments will be an added advantage
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Sales & Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales administration function relating to under construction and/ or completed projects.
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate information posted in the system.
- Ensure all enquiries, correspondences, and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
- Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and other parties on loan documentation, payment, etc.
- Ensure timely generation of billing, interest advices, renoticing, reminders, statement, etc.

Requirements:

Senior Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts and all supporting schedules for management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist with the preparation of consolidated accounts, annual budgets, and cash flow projections
- Reconcile accounting records with Suppliers and bank statements, and report discrepancies, if any.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, suppliers, sub-contractors and any other relevant parties to reconcile accounting records when necessary.
- Assist new staff (Accounts Assistant & lower) and track work progress of assigned subordinates to ensure that on the job training is adequately provided to perform on the job.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

Finance Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company’s financial and accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate financial reports.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of overall accounting functions, including month-end closing, reviewing and reconciliations of fixed assets register, account receivable, account payable, and Financial Management operations of the business segments.
- Plan, prepare, execute and monitor annual budget & forecast, variance analysis and cash flow projection.
- Review and manage the company's cash flow periodically to ensure adequate of funds.
- Ensure Financial and Management Reporting are meet the reporting deadline.
- To perform reasonable checks of the account compliance to all statutory and tax compliance.

- To resolve queries from internal and External regarding financial management matters with minimal supervision.
- To support costing methodologies and policies to underpin the production of robust information to inform strategic decision-making.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and ad hod assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Able to prepare a full set of accounts preferably in Development and Construction industries with relevant finance-related companies.
- Experience in audit background an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools; MS Office; strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc).
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership quality, confident and self-motivated.
- Proactive and able to work effectively with a multi-functional.
