Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement & posting digital marketing strategies for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,), Linkendin and the company website.

SITE SUPERVISOR/CLERK OF WORK
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that project is constructed in accordance to the consultants’ drawings/specifications;
- To assist in coordinating the consultants’ drawings and highlight discrepancies if any;
- To conduct regular inspection and ensure all works are completed with good workmanship and meet the standards set by the consultants and the Employer;
- To assist in evaluating method statements submitted for architectural trades and to ensure proper execution of works in accordance to the method statements submitted;
- To assist in inspecting all architectural samples submitted by the contractor and to keep proper records for approval;
- To ensure that Works are carried out in compliance with local authorities’ requirements;
- To assist in monitoring acceptance and commissioning test/ inspections and to inspect completed works and arrange with external parties on handling over of completed works;
- To conduct regular checks on materials delivered to site and ensure that the materials are in accordance to the contract specification;
- To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed by the Architect;
- To ensure that the contractor adheres to all site Health and Safety requirements imposed by relevant authorities.
Accountability:
- Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and
performance at the project site.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site supervision, ideally with a focus on piping or M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and piping systems.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is an advantage.

FINANCE MANAGER
Job description
1) Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly management accounts
2) Overseeing day to day financial operation and ensure compliance of Company’s
Standard Operating Procedure
3) Maintain and update project cash flow forecasts
4) Preparation of business plans, forecasts, budgeting and financial analysis

Requirement

Job Purpose:
To ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects, while maintaining compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Planning
Develop and implement procurement schedules aligned with project timelines. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to determine material and equipment needs.
2. Sourcing & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Obtain competitive quotations and prepare comparative statements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors.
3.Purchasing & Contracting
Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, and related documents. Ensure purchases comply with technical specifications and budget limits. Negotiate terms of payment, delivery, and warranties.
4. Cost Control
Monitor procurement budgets and control expenditures. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
5. Logistics Coordination
Arrange transportation, delivery, and storage of materials to project sites. Track orders and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate procurement records and databases. Prepare regular reports on procurement status, costs, and supplier performance.
7. Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant legal and safety standards. Assist in audits and resolve procurement-related discrepancies.
8. Team Collaboration
Work closely with project teams, quantity surveyors, finance, and warehouse staff to streamline the procurement process. Support conflict resolution regarding material shortages, quality issues, or delivery delays.
Qualifications & Requirements:
