Sales Executive (Property Developer)
The Role
To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and responsible to attend to sales enquiry and sales closing, developing and executing the marketing strategies to meet the sales target set out by the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service)
- Attend to customers' enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters
- To conduct, market intelligence research, analysing demands, trend & pricing.
- Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition, road show and any other ad-hoc assignment
- Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office including cleanliness & maintenance matters.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in Property Sales & Marketing
- Experience in marketing residential developments and/or major commercial developments will be an added advantage
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Sales Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales administration function relating to under construction and/ or completed projects.

Responsibilities
- Proficiently handling incoming telephone calls.

Resident Engineer (RE)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible as the representative of the Project Director for the overall monitoring of works at the site and supervise works on site independently on behalf of the Consulting Engineer.
- Manage construction work progress to ensure the efficiency, quality and accuracy of the works within the specified budget and time frame.
- To ensure that all engineering works are executed in accordance with Engineer's instruction.

- To liaise and coordinate with the client / contractor / authorities on all site matter.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years in site supervision preferably with property developer and/or contractor.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/ Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Civil & Structure)
- Required Skill(s): Auto-CAD, Microsoft Office, Proficient in using computer/laptop
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – M&E/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Willing to travel/relocate
- Working :6 days in a week
- Familiar with building regulation, construction technique, material, testing & inspection procedure.
