Ancubic Group unveils sales gallery and breaks ground for A-Park Batu Kawan in Penang

KUALA LUMPUR (March 11): Ancubic Group unveiled the sales gallery and started construction of its latest industrial development, A-Park Batu Kawan, in Penang on March 9, according to a press release issued on the same day.

The A-Park Batu Kawan sales gallery was unveiled by Penang chief minister Chow Kon Yeow.

A-Park Batu Kawan, which is spread across 20.5 acres, will offer a total of 50 units of 1½ and 2-storey semi-detached and detached factories. These factories will have built-up sizes ranging from 6,800 to 16,700 sq ft with selling prices from RM4 million.

Ancubic Group said, “Our vision for A-Park Batu Kawan goes beyond providing industrial space; it encompasses the creation of a fully-integrated industrial park that offers 4-in-1 business solutions. From corporate offices to showrooms, warehouses, and light production areas, A-Park Batu Kawan caters to every aspect of modern industrial activities.”

To be more energy efficient, Ancubic Group will design factories that enable solar panel installation features. A-Park Batu Kawan will also feature strong floor loading capabilities of 1.5 tonnes psm (per sq m) as well as power supply ranging from 150 to 200 amps.
