In industrial development, A-Park represents Ancubic’s growing Industrial Growth Platform. We believe successful industrial development should do more than provide land and factories. It should attract investment, create employment, strengthen supply chains and generate sustained economic activity.

This changes the question from “What can we build on this land?” to “What economic activity and long-term value can we create here?”

As the economics of land evolve, strategic value is increasingly shaped by power, connectivity, infrastructure readiness, location, industrial ecosystems and technology requirements. The rise of data centres, AI and advanced manufacturing reinforces this shift.

Ancubic therefore seeks to identify strategic locations, establish the right development conditions and work with suitable industry, infrastructure and capital partners. Rather than owning or operating every infrastructure asset, we leverage our capabilities in land identification, planning, development, commercial judgement and partnership integration to enable new economic opportunities.

Our approach also extends beyond project completion. As our portfolio grows, Ancubic is progressively strengthening capabilities in Hospitality Operations, Property Operations and Asset Management to improve occupancy, operating efficiency, customer experience, recurring income and long-term asset value. We intend to build these capabilities progressively and with discipline, beginning with assets we develop, own, invest in or participate in. As our experience, systems and track record mature, we may selectively extend these capabilities to JV, strategic partner and selected third-party assets.
