(Kuala Lumpur, 26th) Ancubic Group officially unveiled the sales gallery for its Ancubic Harmoni integrated development project, allowing potential homebuyers to gain an in-depth understanding of the development plan.
At the meeting, Ancubic Valley Sdn Bhd, witnessed by everyone, signed a memorandum of understanding with Village Grocer, Aurelius Hospital, and the Malaysian Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Association, officially establishing a partnership.
Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Zheng Likang said in his speech that the uniqueness of Ancubic Harmoni lies in its complete connectivity system, which not only promotes local development, but also creates the potential for sustainable development by integrating cutting-edge technology with nature.
He said that its unique design allows residents to access healthcare, retail, business, communications and other facilities within a few minutes by walking or cycling, making it a comprehensive and interconnected community.
He said that Ancubic Harmoni is not only an integrated development project, but also committed to building a community that respects tradition and embraces the possibilities of technology and innovation.
Attendees at the opening ceremony included Ancubic Group Executive Chairman and Managing Director Datuk Liu Wenan, Datin Yeong Kai Wen, Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers President Tan Sri Su Tianlai, Cheras Member of Parliament Chen Guowei, Optimax Holdings Founder and Executive Director Tan Sri Chen Wenfu, NBC Group President Datuk Huang Meicai, Malaysian Environmental, Social and Governance Association President Dr. Xie Guoxiong, Kuala Langat District Palace Official Tengku Datuk Mohamad Oha, Kuala Langat Municipal Council President Datuk Amiru, Village Grocer Executive Director Chen Dewu, Aurelius Hospital representatives Terence and Zhang Yuechan, and guest Datuk Zheng Lianrong.
Located in Tanjung Dua Belas, Ancubic Harmoni covers a total area of 33 acres and is divided into 9 plots.
