Ancubic Group's Cubic Botanical@South Bangsar has received a positive response with 65% of units already booked
Ancubic Group recently held an opening ceremony and pre-sale promotion for the Cubic Botanical@South Bangsar project, and 65% of the units have already been reserved, indicating a strong sales response.
At the ceremony, Dato' Low Boon An, Managing Director of Ancubic Group, stated that this project emphasizes modernity and green living, promising to be the best eco-city. Its most distinctive feature is its proximity to Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, a forest filled with birdsong, fragrant flowers, and lush greenery. The concept of integrating with the forest makes the overall environment more comfortable and refreshing, making it an ideal place to live. Guests attending the ceremony also included Datin Kimilee You, Executive Director of Ancubic Group.
Cubic Botanical@South Bangsar is a project with a total development value of approximately RM600 million, located in Pantai Dalam, Bangsar South, it covers an area of 3 acres and consists of two buildings with 1,161 units, ranging in size from 518 to 900 sq ft.
This project boasts convenient transportation, avoiding traffic congestion on roads leading to Sunway, Petaling Jaya, and Old Klang Road. It also connects to the Federal Highway, Jalan Pantai Dalam and New Pantai Expressway (NPE).
