KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Ancubic Capital Sdn Bhd (Ancubic) launched A-Park, a series of industrial parks comprising three-storey semi-detached and semi-D factories.
The developments in Bangi, Selangor and Batu Kawan, Penang range from 743 to 2,787 square metres per unit. Ancubic Group Executive Director Datin Kimilee You said the A-Park industrial parks allow companies to build synergies with customers and suppliers in one location. The locations are intended for growth industries including electronics, fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, warehousing, food processing, general and precision engineering, data centres, information technology, business-process outsourcing and semiconductors.
A-Park Bangi is near Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and KLIA, with access via the SILK, Sungai Besi and North-South Expressways. A-Park Batu Kawan is near Penang and accessible via the Second Penang Bridge and a toll-free approach from Jalan Sungai Bakap to Seberang Perai.
The project series includes the A-Level location, security, landscape and infrastructure concepts, 24-hour security, CCTV and visitor-management systems, direct access control, high ceilings, natural ventilation and lighting, rainwater harvesting, grass-surface parking, insulated solar-ready roofs, maintenance and waste-management services.
At the same ceremony, Ancubic Group signed a memorandum of understanding with Samsung Malaysia, Fiamma Trading and Ebac Home to offer products to buyers of its Cubic Botanical serviced apartments in South Bangsar. The report stated that Cubic Botanical would comprise 1,161 serviced apartments and 10 shop lots in two 40-storey blocks on a freehold site, with 95% of sales achieved at the time and handover targeted for the second quarter of the following year. These historical figures are retained as reported facts, not current availability claims.
